NAMI HelpLine

The National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. HelpLine volunteers are working to answer questions, offer support and provide practical next steps. NAMI HelpLine can be reached Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., ET.


National Maternal Mental Health Hotline

Pregnancy and a new baby can bring a range of emotions. Many women feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious, or exhausted at different times during their pregnancy or after having a baby. These feelings can make it hard to care for yourself, care for your baby, or even do basic daily tasks. Sometimes these feelings go away on their own. But for some women, these emotions, if they last more than two weeks, are more serious and need treatment.


Peer Support Warm Line

The Peer Support Warmline is a 24/7 toll-free number that connects callers with peer support specialists who are in recovery and helps facilitate access to other services.

Confidential support and  personalized help from a trained staff member to help you talk through your options as a victim



The Rural Response Hotline

The Rural Response Hotline offers connections to mental health counseling, information regarding legal assistance, financial clinics, mediation and emergency assistance. Interpreters are available.
