Join us at our Douglas County Community Conversation! Help drive forward the Community Health Improvement Plan by joining us for a guided gallery walk of the data where community members can provide their thoughts and context. Participating adults will receive a $15 gift card stipend. The open house event begins at 3pm and is open until 6pm, with a short presentation at 5pm.
